2. To become habitual of lowering you gaze it is recommended to always lower your gaze, whether you are dealing with Muharram or Gair-Muharrram.
3. And if anyone of us becomes victim of this cruel disease he/she must perform a minimum of two Rakaats (make intention of salaat-i-tuba and salaat-i-hajaat) for every evil glance and also give some money in charity according to your means. And also must repent excessively.
4. Completely abstain from intermingling with the opposite sex or anyone to whom one is sexually attracted to.
5. Stay away from the environment of nudity and disobedience. Do not adopt the company of those who are involved in the disobedience of Allah.
6. Do not read love poems or novels. Abstain completely from cinema, television, videos, unnecessary "surfing" on the Internet and all types of pornography.
7. Never think that first gaze is permissible, no this is not correct, unintentional gaze (achanak nazar) is permissible. And if anyone male or female has a unintentional gaze, he or she should lower his/her gaze immediately.
And if your NAFS insist you to have a look, tell him
تو میرا خدا نہں میں تیرا بندہ نہں تیرا کہنا کیو ما نو

us ne kaha come here
mai ne kaha no please
us ne kaha kya waja
mai ne kaha khof-e-khuda
